for Rothesay Pavilion
Gib Bulloch, Founder, The Craigberoch Business Decelerator
“As someone born and raised on Bute, I’m deeply passionate about the island’s future and passionate about the role that Bute can play in re-imagining the future of work and the workplace. The restoration of Rothesay Pavilion is a powerful symbol of regeneration, creativity, and possibility. This isn’t just about history, heritage or nostalgia —it’s about creating opportunity – a space fit for the future, where the next generation of regenerative leaders in business can dream, innovate, and build a better future for themselves and their communities. Just as we aim to achieve with The Craigberoch Business Decelerator, the Pavilion can be a catalyst for new ideas, entrepreneurship, and sustainable growth on the island,. I’m excited to see how in partnership with this incredible venue we will inspire the next generation, connect local talent with global opportunities, and help put Bute at the heart of Scotland’s enterprise economy”
ABOUT Gib Bulloch
Gib Bulloch has worked for three decades with large multinational organisations. During his 20 years with Accenture, he founded and scaled Accenture Development Partnerships, an internal social enterprise and was recognised as an early pioneer of intrapreneurship, helping people to promote a new, emerging force for change within business.
Despite a career in international business, Gib’s heart remains on the Isle of Bute where he was born and raised. Music, art, and the great outdoors, learning to appreciate the island’s solitude, beauty and inspirational environment were a large part of his upbringing.
Gib’s experience in recent years has shown that business change needs to start with personal transformation. He has authored a book about his own journey that explores these ideas:
